Because fragrance is a personal care product, returns are accepted only when the item is unused, unopened, sealed, and approved by our support team.

Eligibility

• Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• Opened, sprayed, damaged, or tampered products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours with clear photos of the parcel, invoice, and product.

How to Request a Return

Message us on WhatsApp with your name, order details, product name, and reason for return. Approved returns must be shipped back using the instructions shared by support.
